So the man got promoted to Captain and we couldn't be prouder of him! He has only been with the Dept. 12 years and he has gone from Officer, to Sgt. to Lieutenant to now Captain Collins!! We had a bar b q for Memorial Day yesterday and Deb brought him a cake for Congratulations.....
